ThinkingNative (“we”, “us”) provides tools that rewrite AI-generated text so it reads more naturally. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, web try tool, API, account dashboard, and the standalone ThinkingNative iOS app.
Depending on how you use ThinkingNative, we may process:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your draft text to train our own foundation models. Draft text is processed to deliver your rewrite and for operational purposes (abuse prevention, debugging, and service quality); we aim not to retain draft content longer than needed for those purposes.
We use service providers to run ThinkingNative. They process data only to provide their services to us, for example:
These providers have their own privacy practices. We choose them to operate the product; we do not sell your data to advertisers.
The ThinkingNative iOS app is a standalone App Store product. Pro access is sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. RevenueCat helps us manage offerings and entitlement status in the app.
Manage or cancel iOS subscriptions in Apple’s subscription settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via the manage-subscription link in the app). Canceling is handled by Apple — not by a “cancel on our website” control for App Store purchases. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Optional Advanced mode in the app may let you paste a ThinkingNative API token (tn_…)
tied to a web account. That token is stored on device for API calls you initiate; treat it like a password.
On the website we use cookies or local storage as needed for sessions, signed-in state (Clerk), try-tool limits, and basic product analytics / visit tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
We keep account, billing, and usage records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, security, and dispute-resolution purposes. Contact form messages are retained so we can respond and keep a support history. Draft text is not intended as a long-term content archive; operational logs may keep limited metadata (and, in some cases, short-lived content for debugging) according to our systems’ retention settings.
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to an early-stage SaaS product (HTTPS, access controls, keyed API access). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use strong passwords for web accounts and keep API tokens private on a server or local MCP config you control (not in a mobile app or public webpage).
ThinkingNative is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
